BioQuip's own brand of superior insect pins is available in stainless steel as well as black enameled finish. Stainless steel pins are recommended for use in humid climates. These high quality pins are manufactured in the Czech Republic. Heads are nylon. Length is 37 mm (1.46")*. Pin diameters start at .25mm/.010" for #000 and increase in diameter by +.05mm/.002" for each size pin. The most commonly used sizes for general pinning are #2 and #3.
