This small 6 volt gel cell battery is designed for use with BioQuip’s #2809A aspirator. Its very small dimensions of 3-3/4 x 7/8" x 2-1/4" and weight of only .65 pounds make it an ideal companion for the aspirator.

The battery is rated at 1.3 Ah. During testing, it operated the 2809A aspirator for two hours of non-continuous use before showing noticeable signs of depletion.

This battery should be charged as required by specifications for gel cell batteries. BioQuip’s 6 volt charger, 2860C, is recommended for charging the battery, a small solar charger is also available, 2860S.

For maximum life of battery:

Do not discharge battery below 4.5 volts before recharging.

Recharge battery as soon as possible after using. Full recharge can be obtained in 12 to 18 hours with the included charger.

Do not start vehicle engine while battery pack is plugged into cigarette lighter for recharging.

Do not leave the equipment connected when the battery is discharged.

Unit should be stored in a fully charged state and kept in a cool place.

Recharge every 90 days when not in use.
