This magnifier features an optical quality, unbreakable lens, 1-3/4" (44mm), with bifocal inset feature providing 3X or 6X magnification. It is useful for insect identification when night collecting around black light which tends to distort colors. Magnifier is turned on by depressing pressure switch with the thumb; it cannot be left on inadvertently. Uses 2 ‘AA’ 2802M batteries (not included).
