Black screw caps with Polyseal lining are 24mm. The polyethylene liner projects into the mouth of the vial providing a double seal when screwed tightly.  It virtually eliminates evaporation of alcohol, reducing time required for collection maintenance.

The 4 dram size is compatible with the 1135B aspirator which allows specimens to be collected directly into vials that will be filled later with alcohol. Because the neck diameter is the same for all glass capsule vials, the larger sizes may also be used with the 1135B aspirator.

If you use vial trays to house these vials, please note:  glass capsule vials have a wide diameter, and 8585E is the only vial tray in which they can be accommodated.

Vials are priced in quantities of one dozen. Orders for 12 dozen or more vials are bulk packed. Packaging in dozen quantities is available only if specified on the order. The 1 - 11 price per dozen applies.

Vials must be ordered in multiples of 12 dozen to qualify for 12+ quantity pricing.
